MEMBERS ONLY program


TERMS OF USE OF THE "MEMBERS ONLY" LOYALTY PLATFORM FOR HOTEL ANDAMUR

1) Definitions:

"Platform": refers to the Hotel Andamur "MEMBERS ONLY" loyalty platform.

"User": any person who registers and participates in the loyalty programme through the Platform.

"Benefits": advantages, discounts, gifts, special services and/or any other promotion offered to Users within the framework of the programme.

2) Registration:

To take part in the loyalty programme, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, up-to-date and complete information.

By registering, the User agrees to receive communications related to the programme and other commercial actions from Hotel Andamur.

3) Access to Exclusive Benefits at Hotel Andamur with the "MEMBERS ONLY" Platform:

For each confirmed booking and stay at Hotel Andamur, the User will accumulate benefits according to the conditions set out on the Platform and may move up levels within the programme based on the frequency of their bookings and stays.

The level within the Platform is non-transferable and can only be used at Hotel Andamur.

4) Application of Exclusive Benefits:

The offers available on the Platform will be automatically applied to searches made by its members once they have logged into the Hotel Andamur booking engine prior to confirming their reservation.

5) Termination and Changes:

Hotel Andamur reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty programme, its terms or any Benefit at any time, subject to prior notice to Users.

In the event of fraudulent, abusive activity or any violation of these terms, Hotel Andamur may terminate the User’s membership and/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.

6) Data Protection:

All information provided and any related data collected will be processed by GP LIMITE ANDAMUR SL based on legitimate interest, contractual relationship and informed consent for the following purposes: management of bookings, rooms and available services, customer service and loyalty actions, including personalised promotions and communications regarding services offered by our company, through the contact details provided by the data subject (postal, telephone and digital means), administrative and financial management, and other purposes within the normal development of hotel activities. Data will be retained for at least as long as required for these purposes and for as long as any legal obligation to retain them exists, after which they will be deleted using appropriate security measures. As a rule, data will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the fulfilment of corresponding legal and/or contractual obligations, or where required by law. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent regarding the processing of your data by contacting hotelsanroman@andamur.com.
